Studio Sweat Terms & conditions:

Conditions must be read, understood, and accepted prior to participating in any

Studio Sweat activity.

Studio Sweat reserves the right to change conditions of memberships, hours of operation,

services offered and all fees and charges, at any time, at its sole discretion with

reasonable notice. Any such changes will be notified to you through the website or mailed

to your registered email address.

Studio Sweat reserves the right to refuse entry to or dismiss you from the studio for any

reason. Out of consideration for the instructor, other clients and your safety, late entry is

not permitted to any class.

Check in opens 10 minutes prior to class time so please ensure

that you arrive at the studio 5-10 mins early and a 5-minute lock out is implemented.

Refunds or compensation will not be offered in the case of late entry and no-show fees will

apply.

Studio Sweat will make every possible effort to deliver all classes and services on time as

advertised. However, there may be rare occasions when a scheduled class is unable to be

delivered. This includes classes that only have one booking.

Studio Sweat provides space for clients to store their valuables, but we will not be

responsible for the safekeeping of belongings while they are at the studio.

All purchases are final and we do not offer refunds on services or products for change of

mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. It is your responsibility to let

your instructor know if you have any injuries, or are pregnant.

Privacy Policy:

At Studio Sweat we respect your concerns about privacy. This policy is intended to ensure

your information is handled in a safe and responsible manner.

Information (such as name, e-mail address and zip code, phone number) strictly for

contact purposes when users opt to fill out an email submission form to enquire about our

company and about membership.

We may use your information to communicate special offers, promotions and information

about our company to you via email. Please advise if you do not want to receive special offers, promotions and information

We will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties, outside of the

limited circumstances Studio Sweat takes all reasonable steps to keep secure personal

information recorded and to keep this information accurate and up to date.

The personal information is stored on secure servers if in digital format, or in locked areas if in hardcopy

format: these repositories are protected in controlled facilities.

Health and safety:

I understand and am aware that strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise, including the use

of equipment, are potentially hazardous activities.

I also understand that exercise and fitness activities involve a risk of injury and even death, and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and using equipment and facilities with the

knowledge of the dangers involved.

I hereby agree to expressly assume and accept all and any risks of injury or death.

I do hereby declare myself to be physically sound and suffering from no condition,

impairment, disease or infirmity, or other illness that would prevent my participation or use

of equipment or facilities except as herein stated.

I confirm that I have made the Studio Sweat staff aware of physical or mental reasons that I should not participate in exercise activities.

Please follow the following guidelines when attending sessions at Studio Sweat:

Wear appropriate clothing for exercising indoors (grippy socks are mandatory. Reformer mat is reccomended)

Bring adequate water (1 litre is recommended)

Tell the instructor if you have any injury, ill health, or if you may be pregnant

Ensure emergency contact details are up to date

Listen to exercise instructions

Ensure that you are in good health and do not suffer from any condition or physical

impairment which could prevent you from completing the sessions safely

Cancellation Policy:

Our cancellation policy differs between morning and evening classes.

This policy applies across all classes in studio.

If you have booked to attend a morning class and wish to cancel your attendance, you

must seek cancellation through the online booking system 10 hours before class start time.

Bookings for evening classes, require cancellation up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled

commencement time for the class.

Any cancellations within cancellation period prior to the scheduled class will be considered a

Late Cancellation. If you do not cancel your class and you do not attend, you will be

considered a No Show.

Clients with a casual pass or class pack will be recredited their class, however will you will

be considered a Late Cancellation or No Show.

By booking online you are agreeing to the late cancellation and no show policy.

Late Cancellation and No-Show fee is $20

Intro Offer:

Any introductory offer made by Studio Sweat may only be purchased by new clients who

have not yet attended the studio. The term of the Intro Offer will commence upon purchase

and is valid for 2 weeks. Intro offer enables access to daily reformer, mat and yoga classes. (1 class a day)

Intro Offer is subject to the Cancellation Policy.

No refunds, transfers or suspensions are offered on unused portions of any Intro Offer due

to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

The Intro Offer includes access to all classes across the studio.

Class Packs:

5 Class packs are valid for 2 months

10 class packs are valid for 4 months.

If classes are not used within this time period, they

will be disregarded.

No refunds, transfers or suspensions are offered on unused portions of the class pack due

to illness, injury, change of mind or any other reason.

Memberships & Payment:

Clients must inform Studio Sweat of any change in your contact details, bank accounts, or

credit card details for payment, or any other information relevant to your membership.

Should any payments, fees or other debts remain due or unpaid from any source, Studio

Sweat may suspend the Member’s use of the Membership Services until all fees and other

debts are paid in full.

All sessions must be paid in advance.

Early Bird Essentials Membership is a 6 month commitment meaning you cannot cancel within your first 6 months of contract.

Pilates Membership, Strength Membership & Sweat Membership are a month to month contract and you will be billed weekly for your membership.

Cancellation of your membership will not be permitted until the month

finishes. You will receive a roll over email, confirming the continuation of your membership,

or otherwise, your choice to cancel via this email.

Memberships may be paused for two weeks with no fee per calendar year. If you need to

pause for more than two weeks, you will be charged a fee of $1 per day throughout the

duration of this pause ($7 per week). Memberships can only be paused for weeks in full (Monday-Sunday)

If an auto debit cannot be made for any reason, Studio Sweat may in its absolute

discretion, process payment anytime after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in

your account.

This membership allows you access to unlimited regularly scheduled classes across the

studio. Please read descriptions of each membership to ensure you receive the best

membership for your wants and needs.

due to illness, injury, change of address or any other reason.

Pregnancy Policy:

Participation for prenatal clients is solely at your own risk. If you are past your first

trimester, have had no complications and have been advised by your doctor that you are

capable and healthy, you are permitted to attend classes that are prenatal-friendly classes.

If there is any concern, discomfort, or uncertainty it is recommended not to participate

Studio Sweat can accommodate for clients up to 30 weeks of pregnancy, provided

that you have been consistently practicing for a minimum of 2 months.

Please notify your instructor prior to class if you are pregnant.

Participation is at your own risk, and should only be with clearance from your doctor,

women’s health physiotherapist or obstetrician/gynecologist.

Private or semi-private classes with a qualified instructor are available on request via email

or Instagram.
